About the Area
The developers of Tilal City meticulously designed the project to ensure residential stability and a productive environment. The area is divided into five sub-projects: Tilal City A, B, C, D, and E. As previously noted, infrastructure works are fully complete; the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) oversaw the installation of all sewage facilities, gas networks, and utility services. The project features a contemporary design, with each zone possessing its own unique character. Tilal City A (Zone A) overlooks the central park and features abundant greenery, as well as ground-floor retail outlets, restaurants, and cafés; its apartments boast balconies facing meticulously landscaped areas. Tilal City B (Zone B), situated in the northern part of the development, comprises residential apartments, gardens, mosques, and perimeter retail shops. Tilal City C (Zone C) encompasses 673 plots designated for villa communities developed to both local and international standards.
