About Us

Sunscape Landscape & Gardening LLC is a UAE landscaping, pool construction, and garden maintenance company established in 2013, with 1,500+ completed projects and a 4.8 Google rating. Our 250,000 sq ft production nursery , Dubai grows and supplies plants for our own landscaping projects as well as for Souq Garden, our online plant retail arm carrying 3,000+ varieties — this role is based at the nursery.

The Role

Runs day-to-day operations at the Al-Warsan production nursery. Core focus: labor management, hitting production targets, and keeping planning, coordination, and reporting tight across the site.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise nursery labor teams — task allocation, attendance, productivity, and discipline on site
Plan and coordinate day-to-day nursery operations: potting, propagation, irrigation, fertilization, pest/disease control, and stock movement
Set and drive achievement of production targets (plant output, stock readiness, order fulfillment) set by management
Plan material requirements — soil, pots, fertilizers, plant material, consumables — and ensure timely procurement so production is never delayed
Maintain proper daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on production, labor, and stock levels
Coordinate with the landscaping/projects side and the Souq Garden retail team so plant availability matches demand
Monitor plant health and production quality, take corrective action on losses or quality issues
Maintain nursery layout, cleanliness, and organization for efficient operations
Train and guide nursery labor on proper horticultural practices
Ensure safety practices are followed on site
Targets
Monthly/periodic production targets (volume/value of plants ready for sale or project use) set by management
Minimal plant loss/wastage against target thresholds
On-time fulfillment rate for internal (landscaping project) and retail (Souq Garden) stock requests
Reporting discipline — timely, accurate production and labor reports submitted on schedule

Requirements
Experience in nursery/plant production strongly preferred
Candidates already based in the UAE strongly preferred
Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field preferred — open to a fresher with solid plant production knowledge and the right attitude
Proven ability to manage and get results from a labor team
Strong planning and coordination skills — able to run multiple production activities at once without things slipping
Comfortable maintaining regular, accurate reports and keeping management updated
Hands-on knowledge of nursery practices: propagation, potting, irrigation/fertigation, pest/disease management
Valid UAE driving license preferred
