Job Details
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Check pipe dimensions, wall thickness, weight, appearance, and printing. Monitor production quality during extrusion and packing. Conduct routine quality tests as per company standards and ISO requirements. Record QC inspection results and maintain proper documentation.
Identify defective or non-conforming products and report them to QC Supervisor/Production Team.
Segregate rejected materials and assist in rejection analysis. Verify product labeling, batch numbers, and packing quality.
Support hydrostatic pressure testing, dimensional testing, density testing, and other laboratory activities.
Ensure calibration and cleanliness of QC instruments and measuring tools.
Coordinate with production team for corrective actions and process improvements.
