Job Details

As Finance Manager, you will own the financial overview of a manufacturing business with around USD 20 million in annual revenue. You will keep cash flow under control, deliver clear and reliable reporting to management, and lead the finance team in its day-to-day work. You will be the key link between finance and the company's leadership.

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience:
- 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting
- Ideally in manufacturing or project-based companies
- 3+ years in a role leading a finance team
- Proven experience in cash-flow forecasting, liquidity management and management reporting
- As our production facility is in Umm Al Quwain, candidates based in Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ or Ras Al Khaimah are preferred

These are your key responsibilities:

Cash Flow & Liquidity:
- Own the 13-week rolling cash-flow forecast; monitor liquidity daily; plan payment runs; manage bank relationships, letters of credit and guarantees

Management Reporting:
- Prepare monthly management reports with P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPIs; analyze variances and explain key drivers to management

Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budget and regular forecasts; track performance against targets

Project & Product Profitability:
- Monitor margins per project; support pricing and tender calculations

Closing & Financial Statements:
- Oversee month-end and year-end closings; prepare IFRS financial statements; coordinate the external audit

Tax & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and Free Zone requirements; work with external advisors

Team Leadership
- Lead the Financial Controller and Accountant; review daily accounting, payables, receivables and payroll
