1 Bedroom with big hall apartment located in International City, at 15 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport. The apartment features king size bed and a sofa-bed in the hall, and additionally a mattress can be provided upon request, accommodating up to 4 guests in total. There are two washrooms, both having shower, and the kitchen has fridge, washing machine and oven. Essential cooking tools, shower gel, hand wash, shampoo, linen and towels are provided.

Accommodation

It is a 700 Sqft One-Bedroom Apartment, having a kitchen and two full washroom. The apartment is equipped with one double bed and sofa bed, in total accommodating 5 people. Extra blankets and single mattresses can be provided upon request.

Check-in procedure

Check-in can be done anytime, and passport copies are required for all the guests before the check-in as it is a requirement of the building management.

Public Transport Access

The building is located next to the bus stop, at two-minute walk. The bus takes about 20 minutes to the metro station (red line and green line).

Road Access

The building connects with one of the major roads of Dubai – Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (E311), which also connects to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and all major areas of Dubai.

Parking

The community has a free parking and the available parking can be used outside the building.
