ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing B2B building materials supplier based in RAK, UAE — expanding across the UAE and GCC. We are looking for a detail-driven Inventory & Procurement Coordinator to take full ownership of our stock management and purchasing operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock Management
• Monitor inventory levels daily and maintain accurate reorder rules in our ERP system
• Track forecasted stock against confirmed orders
• Identify slow-moving items and flag for review
• Prepare weekly stock status reports
Purchasing & Imports
• Coordinate purchase orders with international and local suppliers
• Manage the full import process from PO to warehouse receipt
• Follow up on production timelines, shipping documents, and delivery ETDs
• Coordinate with customs agents for clearance
Goods Receiving
• Complete goods received notes in the ERP on the same day goods arrive
• Verify quantities and condition against packing lists
• Flag any discrepancies or damages immediately
Supplier Coordination
• Communicate with suppliers via email and WhatsApp
• Match supplier invoices to purchase orders within 48 hours of receipt
• Coordinate payment requests with the accounts team
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain in UAE
• Building materials, hardware, or FMCG background preferred
• Strong ERP experience — Odoo is a strong advantage
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills
• English required
• UAE driving licence preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently
