Glass Production Supervisor — Razan Glass Industries LLC
Location: Umm Al Quwain Industrial Area, UAE
Salary: AED 4,500–5,500/month (based on experience)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Razan Glass Industries is launching a new glass cutting and processing facility in UAQ. We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to run daily floor operations — CNC glass cutting, edge polishing, and quality control — while the business grows from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to operate machinery directly, lead a small team, and grow with the company as we expand toward a larger manufacturing campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate or directly oversee the CNC glass cutting machine and edge polisher
- Manage daily production schedule for a team of 2–3 workers
- Perform quality checks on every order before dispatch — dimensions, edge finish, glass condition
- Monitor raw glass stock levels and flag reorder needs to management
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe factory floor
- Train and supervise helper staff on correct cutting and handling procedures
- Report daily output and any issues directly to the founder
- Maintain basic records of orders processed, materials used, and wastage
- Occasional local pickups or supplier visits as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in a glass processing facility — CNC cutting, edging, or similar
- Hands-on machine operator experience, not purely supervisory background
- Valid UAE driving license — mandatory
- Basic understanding of glass types, thicknesses, and finishing standards
- Able to read and work from technical specifications and cutting lists
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working with minimal supervision once trained
- Arabic or English required; both an advantage
- UAE experience preferred but not required
