Designation: - Senior Accountant
Department: - Accounts & Finance
Location: - Umm AL Quwain
Salary: AED 5000 – 6500 ( All Inclusive of Transport & Accommodation )
Minimum 5 Yrs UAE experience Required
SCOPE OF WORK:-
• Preparation of timely MIS, Ageing Analysis & BRS Reports ( before 7th of the month )
• Cash Flow Management
• Trade Facilities Management & Optimization
• Cost Control & Optimization
• Handling Accounts up to Finalization
• Scrutiny & Internal Audit of ledgers (i.e. Banks, A/R & A/P )
• Scrutiny of the VAT Report & Corporate Tax Report on a weekly basis
• Scrutiny the Customs Report & submission of all required documents on a
weekly basis
• Review of Reconciliation of ledger ( i.e. Banks, A/R & A/P )
• Overseeing stock and inventory
• Physical stock verification by random site inspection
• Overseeing the Accounts Team ::
1. Account Payable Management ( incl. DO / Invoice & GRN Reconciliation )
2. Account Receivable Management ( including Credit Cycles , PDC’s , LC’s etc )
• Credit Control Management ( verifying & assessing all KYC documents & references prior to approving credit terms for any Client )
• Monitoring statutory payments and reporting to the concerned department as and when required ( i.e. intimation of due dates & ensuring timely compliances including but not limited to VAT , Corporate Tax , U.B.O, E.S.R. )
• Liaison with banks for availing of Trade financing / Loans / Credit cards
• Overseeing Salary & Payroll Management ( incl. but not limited End of Service Calculation / Monthly Allowances / Expenses Reimbursement )
• Petty Cash Scrutiny & Management
• Passing the necessary entries in the books of accounts ( incl. but not limited Depreciations / Loans / Bad Debts ) ( if required )
• Self-Correspondence with Banks / Debtors / Creditors
• Bi-monthly Internal Audit of the Books of Accounts to minimize errors & ensure reportee’s are maintaining the records efficiently
• Efficient Management of reportee’s in Accounts & Stores Department
• Including but not limited any other job function suitable to the job role
Required Candidate:-
• Education: - CA Inter ; Masters or Bachelor’s in Commerce ( Minimum )
• Age :- 35 to 55 years
• Technical Skill set :- Computer proficient ; Knowledge of Tally Prime
• Work Exp :- Suitable to age
• Language skill set :- Fluency in English Language (Spoken & Written )
• Other attributes :- A Self-motivated individual with a pleasant personality
• Passport :- Must have valid Passport & willingness to travel to global branches
