الوصف:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Presently I am working for Al Abbas Group of Companies as Accountant( Oracle).I have totally 7 years of Experience in Accounts & Taxation.

I have 5 years of International experience in VAT and other Taxation.

PRESENT JOB PROFILE:-

 Working as a team member for finance .
 Detailed analysis of AR Accounts.

 Co-Ordination with external auditors for audit activities.
 Monthly reconciliation of Customer Accounts.
 Entering petty cash and reconcile every week
 Bank Reconciliation & Petty cash management.
 Monthly reconciliation of Suppliers & Customers accounts.
 Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments.
 Posting and allocating daily receipts to Oracle.
 Providing accounts information to internal departments.
 Preparing Invoices & Credit notes.
 Maintain Import files.

My Previous Job Profiles:-

 Preparation of Journal entries & completion of general ledger operations & maintain Legal documents.
 Preparing and sending invoices to clients & Bank Reconciliation statement, Handle GST & Income tax submission and Preparation of monthly/quarterly and need based MIS reports, Liaise with the auditors to complete the audit tasks.
 Maintain petty cash and record petty cash expenses, Preparation of cash flow statement, Sound knowledge of Profit & Loss a/c and Balance sheet, Preparation of Payroll and staff Salaries, Review accounts payable and accounts receivable.
 Manage company documents & archives, Maintain Inventory and stock management.
 Organize & Schedule meeting & appointments, Develop & maintain filing system, Track of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Renewing all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
 Providing training to new and existing staff as needed, Extra duties assigned by the top management or the CEO from time to time, Provide general administration tasks as required by management
 Tracking of Incoming Shipments, Liaising with clearing agents on Cargo clearance with customs, Filing and keeping records of all Import Documents, Preparation of marine Insurance covers, and Preparation of letter of credit.
 Follow up with clients for outstanding payments, Liaised with bankers, insurers and solicitors regarding financial transactions.


I have good knowledge in M S Office, Oracle and good communication skill.

Having worked within the industry for over 7 years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for the role.
